Recreation of a model from 3DS MAX to SW file

Hi, I've just bought a model for a concept bed named: lomme. When I open the model in SW with a conversion from 3DS it has a lot of poligons and cannot work on the model to cut it and shape it for my desire. Is there an easy way to get the shape as a solid as my computer is too weak for a conversion if exists? Or can someone recreate the model in SW if possible?. I would appreciate it!. I can send you the *file* from 3DS or SW converted. Just need the same model without the pillow as a part to modify with cut and extrude. It's a mesh model, and you want a clean NURBS model.
This tutorial covers what you'll need: Convert STL (or OBJ) Mesh to SOLIDWORKS Model (NURBS)

Maybe someone will convert it for free?
It's odd to me that you'd buy the model, but not place equal value on the knowledge and skill to convert it into a useful CAD format.
