There are dozens of shipping containers in the library.
Try to import one of the 40' versions in Solid Edge. If the height of the wall is not enough, it would be a simple matter to slice the model and add some materiel to make it taller.
What formats will Solid Edge import?
If the file is imported in syncronous environment it is just a matter of select and move faces to change the sizes.
