My guess is the wall is to thin and when I'm scaling it to fit my printer it is none existing wall.
Can any one help me ?
I tried to make the wall thickness but can't get it to work in inventor 2018

Accepted answer

You'll need to thicken parts of the model, or print it at a larger scale.
the "easiest" option might be to split the model into multiple parts. That way each piece can be printed at a larger scale. You'll need to assemble the parts after printing.

Use PrusaSlicer. There exists an option for thin walls. For example: 0.4mm nozzle - if the wall has only 0.2mm the slicer calculates on path (0.4mm).
