Split command will not work, why is model giving error?
Trying to split a mold for a wing tip (subtracted part from mold) with a surface. Surface used for split will not work and only gives an error. I've been stuck on this for several days now and could use some pointers.

There are huge gaps in the surface (see red arrows). The center of the surface is also missing.
