SW Sheetmetal
I have not used Solidworks for SW before. I am trying some things. Can you give me tips on the best way to model this?
My take is base flange, edge flange and then holes. but my edge flange does not align with the scanned PDF profile. Where am I going wrong?

Hi,
When you pull up each flange, Solidworks just creates a rectangular tab like the one in the attatch screen shot on the left. Your profile needs a modification at each side to taper the flange and add a radius as shown in the right side of the screen shot. To do this I just created a sketch on the tab and cut the new profile.
