after Google, I found this. please verify before manufacturing.

as requested https://grabcad.com/requests/astm-d638-type-1-standard-tensile-bar

made a tutorial because if someone wants another software it will help them too.

all dimensions are in mm, and the arc is tangent to the line with length 57 mm.
