What can I do to improve sync speed?

I have a relatively fast network connection and an NVMe SSD, but my download speed specifically in GrabCAD seems to top out at about 3.4-3.6 MB/s. OneDrive and other online services download files at more than double this speed.

I can't find anything related to this issue online so far, but maybe my google-fu isn't too good.

What can I do to improve sync speed/performance?
