What should I keep the thickness of top and bottom plates for 200 Ton Hydraulic cylinder test bench

I am designing a Test Bench for 200 Ton Hydraulic Cylinder.
The test piece(200 ton) cylinder will be placed on the botom plate with the help of a fixture.
On the top plate, a hydraulic cylinder will be mounted.

I am currently thinking of keeping the thickness of plates about 100mm.
please suggest whether it is okay or should I increase the thickness.
