Where to make autocadde scale settings?

Accepted answer

To adjust scale settings in AutoCAD:

Type UNITS in the command line and press Enter. In the Drawing Units dialog box, go to the "Insertion scale" section. Set your desired scale factor for inserting content. Click OK to apply the changes.

Alternatively, you can use the DWGSETUP command for more comprehensive drawing setup options, including scale.

Remember that these settings affect how content is scaled when inserted into your drawing, not the overall drawing scale itself. For viewport scaling in layouts, use the ZOOM command with the XP option or adjust the Viewport Scale in Properties.

If you're working in paper space (layouts), you can adjust the viewport scale by selecting the viewport and then setting the scale from the properties panel or directly from the status bar.
