Which App can open .ebm file in Android Device?

I need to open .ebm file (Cadmatic) in Android phone.
This file can be opened in WINDOWS phone, but they have not developed any app for Android yet.
I have tried multiple CAD applications, but unable to find one APP which can open .ebm.
Can you suggest which App to use- if not I need to convert .ebm file to .nwd.
Again am unable to find a convertor which can convert .ebm to .nwd file.
Pls help me out here.
