Why i can't make my e-mail visible to others?

i check in my profile settings to make my e-mail visible to others but nothing happens... it stays hidden

I think it's a system problem because even I cannot see the email

This is a bug that we are currently working on. Please be patient, but it should be fixed soon.

Because everyone's email is private I think
