why in CATIA v5r2016 P3 showing double toolbar ?

Could be several reasons for extra toolbars:
If you expanded and dragged the toolbars yourself, CATIA does remember the last toolbar arrangement when it is restarted.
A easy fix is to right click in the toolbar area, choose Customize option and then choose the option to Reset all toolbars to default positions.
