This is a tutorial for making headrest on office chair. This project was made for visualization and modelling class.

1. Step 1: Base Sketch

   First sketch the base line on 2D sketch

   

   
   

   
   

2. Step 2: Insert A Plane From The Bottom

   Make an offset plane from the bottom

   

   
   

   
   

   
   

3. Step 3: Copy Sketch

   Copy the sketch from the bottom to the top

   

   
   

   
   

   
   

   
   

4. Step 4: More Plane

   Insert more plane because we want to make the solid curve and need to direct the angle

   

   
   

   

   
   

   

   Then, copy the base sketch to the plane

5. Step 5: Use Move Tool

   Use move tool to adjust position of sketch so that is can be formed a curve

   

   After we adjust, the sketch will look like this from the side

   

   
   

   
   

6. Step 6: Loft

   Now using loft feature and select from top the bottom to make a new solid

   

   
   

   
   

7. Step 7: Fillet

   Now fillet the edge, the radius of the fillet is enlarged so shape is smoother

   

   
   

   
   

   
   

8. Step 8: Make Hole For Connection

   After that we make hole to connect this part with another part further
