  1. Step 1: Description

    Simulation details

    Temperature B.C.(boundary condition):

    T_ambitient=300 K;

    C_flux=70 W;

    alpa_convetion = 10 W / m^2 / K;

    Mechanical B.C.: u,v,w, rot u, rot v, rot w = 0

    Material: Aluminum Generic

    FreeCAD Options: Solver CCX Standard

    Mesh Netgen optimized (not second order)

    Basic steps carried out in this demo are:

    1) Choose FreeCAD FEM Workbench

    2) Create Analysis container

    3) Apply material

    4) Thermodynamical constraints & loads

    5) FEM Mesh from shape from Netgen (simplified)

    6) Select SolverCcxTools>Analysistype=thermomech

    7) Select SolverCcxTools>Thermo Mech Steady State=false

    8) Time End= 2 ( U can set up desired time here)

    9) Write .inp Files und Run Solver

    7) View Results: heat flux, displacement, temperature

    Thanx for your attention !
