In solid works I need to make an array of 'pixels' each with a different height. I can make each pixel as a configuration from a design table but I can't display all of the configurations at once or is there a better way.

Hi, here is my solution. In my mind, you already familiar with Design Table & Configuration, so i skip with the setup. What you need to do just make an assembly.

  1. Step 1:

In this sample, i make pixel sizes 50mmX50mm Square. So i made in 10 sizes, 20mm increment each side, and save it as .SLDPRT. Next, in assembly, do 2 linear array, horizontal x5 columns and Vertical x2 rows. From FeatureManager Design Tree, expand tree for array, select those copied files and right click, then select 'Configure Componenet'. Then you will this window

  2. Step 2:

You will notice, if from design tree you select 4 components, so in Configuration setup there are 4 columns, so determine each column with different setup of configuration. Then click aply

  3. Step 3:

Do It same step for second array.
