1. Step 1:

   open a sketch on the front plane and draw an axis
   

   

2. Step 2:

   draw shown sketch
   

   

3. Step 3:

   add this lines
   

   

4. Step 4:

   use revolve command
   

   

5. Step 5:

   click on section view button
   

   

6. Step 6:

   use fillet command
   

   

7. Step 7:

   fillet these edges now
   

   

8. Step 8:

   and this edge
   

   

9. Step 9:

   save the part 7
