After we create the sprue, runner, and gate, the next step in determining whether the product can be perfectly molded in the injection process on a plastic injection machine is to analyze the flow rate of the plastic fluid with the SolidWorks Plastics tool. This is also commonly known as mold flow. In this video, we will analyze the product with the SolidWorks Plastics tool. There, you will be asked to determine the type of plastic that is the base material of the plastic product. I chose the plastic material polypropylene. Enjoy watching.
