Fixed-Wing UAV

This video details the rapid design process for a high-efficiency wing using minimal steps in CAD.First, we import the exact coordinates of a high-efficiency airfoil from a profile generator, creating a critical closed profile line—the essential starting point. Next, we define the entire geometry by establishing simple horizontal planes at the wing root and the tip. Finally, we use the powerful Loft feature to connect these profiles, mathematically generating the complex wing surface. This efficient technique allows us to define a large, high-performance wing quickly while maintaining the precision needed for a 900 gram MTOW target.

This project showcases a detailed 3D model of a bolt cutter created for visualization and rendering purposes. Modeled in Autodesk Fusion 360, it highlights realistic proportions, accurate mechanical details, and clean surface finishes. The design focuses on the tool’s structure and joint mechanism, suitable for presentation or rendering practice.
