• Concepting new mold layouts and stack modules for "specialty" preforms designed all types of HUSKY PET Mold (8cav - 144cav) • Involving Compatibility moulds & retrofit project the goal often a FMEA is to increase reliability, performance, and safety in design • For Mold design using Unigraphics 11.0 with integrated Teamcenter PLM and releasing the detail drawing to manufacturing campuses in Luxembourg and Bolton. If design modification required make sure to initiate ECO to communicate respect team. • Review in charge, if anything breaking the rules and guideline immediately inform to folks to avoid the mistakes next time.

• Responsible for creating and updating automotive 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for Design for Manufacturability (DFM), ensuring proper dimensioning and stack-up tolerance. • Supported tool room activities and assisted engineers in design, development, and troubleshooting, with awareness of IATF 16949:2016 standards.
