Working at GrabCAD - spent most of my time at GrabCAD working on the Desktop Client & SolidWorks AddIn. When I started I was working GrabCAD Workbench and integrating Autodesk Fusion 360 etc into Workbench.

Worked on every aspect of the RealVNC offerings, including: - * VNC for Mobiles (servers - for remote helpdesks). * VNC Printing (enabling print through the VNC protocol so users can print documents from remote computers to their local printer). * VNC Viewer Plus (utilising the VNC server embedded on Intel processors). * VNC Helpdesk (adding protocols to enable UDP hole punching, for serviced helpdesks). * VNC Cloud (enabling access to VNC through firewalls).

Key member of staff at a software consultancy - developing bespoke software for customers in the radio communications sector. Highlights included developing Powerpoint / Word and Excel access for Symbian smartphones, also extensive experience of mobile phone communications stacks (GSM / GPRS / EDGE / UMTS / W-CMDA / Bluetooth), along with private mobile radio (TETRA and MPT1327).

Worked on a variety of projects, including GSM test and certification systems, radio systems for private use (rail operators, taxi cab and utilities companies). Also worked on software for the civil aviation authority for routing air traffic over the UK (NERC).
