Focused on the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product designs to increase efficiency, capacity, and reduce costs. Developed and implemented a heat exchanger production line from concept to series production. Evaluated new product designs, conducted detailed production cost analyses, and designed stamping tools, hydraulic presses, winding machines, and complete production lines. Utilized CAD/CAM for sheet metal design and fabrication.

Designed complex 3D solutions for production lines, while developing, testing, and evaluating theoretical designs. Created precise 2D technical drawings to support manufacturing processes. Collaborated closely with the manufacturing department, sub-suppliers, and customers to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless product development and efficient production workflows
