How to increase the printing speed

Hello everyone,
Can anyone inform me on the flowrate and print speed settings so that I can print at a faster fate with a good quality

By default, in slicing software like Cura, the print speed is often set at 60 mm/s,Increasing layer thickness can speed up printing but will reduce precision and surface quality.Using a small nozzle diameter (e.g., 0.2 mm) is suitable for high-precision printing but will increase print time. A larger nozzle diameter (e.g., 0.8 mm) is suitable for fast printing but will reduce detail and surface precision.Choosing the right material is also important. Some materials (like PLA) can maintain good print quality at higher speeds, while others (like TPU) may require slower print speeds to achieve the same quality
