Hai guys i need to make my own sizes for the pipe,c-channel,beam and etc which comes under weldments feature like i shown in pics below

First create a sketch and save the sketch in Lib Feat Part format in this location


C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS\lang\english\weldment profiles
