I can't see the parts in SW 2020

Hey, friends.
I have a problem with SW 2020 that's driving me crazy.
When I open a part or assembly, the part is not visible but if you see the shadow.
The same thing happens to me when I make a new piece. If I put the Photoview 360 display style if I see the part. In the orientation window you can also see but on normal screen it disappears and only the shadow of the piece is visible on the floor.
If you can help me, I'd appreciate it.
Greetings from Barcelona

Thank you very much Ashu for your interest.
As you will see on the screen you can see the shadow of the piece but you cannot see the piece. I don't know what to do, with SW2018 I had no problem but this is beyond me.
Thank you .
Regards

Hello sir,
Did you try to change the color of the model? I had this problem too then I have checked it and it solved.

Julian,

Estoy con el mismo problema. Pudiste solucionarlo?

Saludos desde Buenos Aires!

I am facing the same issue. Is there any solution to this ??

Which video card are you using? Make sure your video drivers are up to date,
Is it solidWorks part or something you had imported ?
do hard rebuild [Ctrl]+Q , im assuming you are not using RealView mode, try switching to wire mode, does the model show up? Turn Off Shadow and ambient occlusion ,
Try different scene, make sure all the parts are save in same version as your SolidWorks and make sure you are running latest SW service pack.
Do not open files as Lightweight .
Try setting "software OpenGL" as last resort .
