Project: Smart Cabinet – CHiME 2.0 Client: Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Scope: Developing the Smart Cabinet to Dispense Surgical Lens boxes according to user input on basis of FIFO expiry date (ISO/DIS 7171)-Conceptual design– Frame Structure Design & Development– DFM & DFA - Light Guide Study and Design –Manufacturing Feasibility check - Electrical Device Placement – wiring and Harness – Ergonomic design study -Aesthetic design development –ASME Y14.5 - Research & Development –Value Engineering– Cost reduction techniques- BOM Preparation- Solidworks Configuration. ~Developing a Smart CHiME lens dispensing cabinet (NPD)- Electro-mechanical product. ~Lead designer to manage and interact with the cross functional teams to complete the project in time. ~Electrical Component placement and routing. Project plan preparation for mechanical team. ~Conducting design strategy meeting to finalize the design verification plan. ~Design optimization and cost reduction. ~Conducting DOE.

Sheet Metal Enclosures for 11kV and 33kV VCB's with shutter components of both schneider and seimens make Worked with Schneider, Siemens and ABB VCB switches and made HT panel enclosure along with their shutter mechanism.  Developed 50+ HT Panels.  Designed custom made Load breaking Switch enclosures.  Worked as key designer in designing RDSO panels for Railway AC Coaches.  Designed IP54, IP65 and Temperature raise test panels.  SAP related to fabrication BOM and fasteners BOM Preparation.  Design & Development of BUSBAR Drawing for the enclosure to Production department.  Solidworks Template creation.

▪ Modeling Sheet metal components, Machine component design in SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD. ▪ 2D, 3D modeling and drafting as per the company standards. ▪ Responsible for creating and transforming the concepts into products as per the client requirements. ▪ Generation of part model into drawings for manufacturing in AUTOCADD and Preparing detailed drawings for Sheet metal Fabrication. ▪ Designed Control Panels, Networking panels, Substation Panels and Commercial application product development like Tension Controller, Automatic label cutting machine and Electronic enclosures(plastic). ▪ Design and Development of new product and implementing it in live. ▪ Designed Electrical Panels for BARC, NFC Power Plant and some Small-Scale Industries. ▪ Follows development process, create and maintain engineering documents. ▪ Bill of Material preparation for all design parts for Fabrication and as well as Fasteners BOM preparation.
