As Lead Coordinator of the Benin SOLIDWORKS User Group, I lead a dynamic community of designers, engineers, and innovators committed to advancing mechanical design and CAD-driven solutions. My role goes beyond coordination.... I spearhead knowledge-sharing sessions, technical workshops, and collaborative projects that not only strengthen members’ design capabilities but also encourage innovation and practical problem-solving tailored to Africa’s unique engineering challenges. I actively foster partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and professional networks to create opportunities for growth, while mentoring emerging talents to develop the next generation of design innovators. Under my leadership, the group has become a hub for creativity, continuous learning, and collaboration, driving conversations on how engineering design can contribute to Africa’s industrial and technological advancement. By combining technical expertise in SolidWorks with visionary leadership, I strive to inspire innovation, upgrade local capacity, and connect African designers with the global engineering community

Currently serving as Director of the International Designers & Engineers Alliance (IDEA), I oversee the team’s creative strategy, cross-functional operations, and outreach initiatives aimed at expanding community impact and fostering innovation. My role involves guiding global collaborations among engineers and designers, organizing knowledge-sharing events, and driving projects that bridge design creativity with practical engineering solutions. I focus on empowering members to showcase their work, gain professional visibility, and contribute meaningfully to advancing modern engineering design.

As part of my industrial training in Marine Engineering (Naval Architecture), I am gaining hands-on experience across embedded systems, electronics, and mechanical design. My internship focuses on bridging hardware and software in real-world applications, particularly in the fields of electronics and automation.
