3. Engineered heavy-duty actuators for racing simulators capable of handling loads over 1-2 tons, contributing to the successful sale of an aircraft simulator to DRDO.
4. Designed various robotic systems, including a spider robot for stealth operations, an RC car for diverse terrains, and an RC aircraft.
5. Developed a PEEK 3D printer and printed dental implants for medical professionals.
6. Automated a 12-printer FDM farm at Falcon 3D, streamlining operations where orders automatically trigger printing, requiring human involvement only for packaging. This system has been operational for over a year without issues.
7. Designed a 90-degree curved gantry system to move the linear axis between X and Y axis, reducing costs by eliminating the need for dual-axis setups (saving on servo motors, endstop sensors, and linear rails).
8. Developed a robotic arm with suction and mechanical grippers for specialized operations.
