This is a hand measured CAD model (if something is an itty bit off, let me know and I'll fix/reupload, but it should be pretty good) based on the Arduino Fio avilable on sparkfun/adafruit/the internet at large. the NX files have an overlayed image.

Thank you for your great work, Kyle. I have one question: when opening your arduino_fio.prt using NX, there is a warning "xbee.prt - Failed to find file using current search options, part left unloaded". Is this xbee.prt meant to be missing here?
