Version 1 18/10/21:
Designed purely for use with an Ender 3 that uses a linear rail for the X-carriage assembly and sensorless homing. This design has not been tested with limit switches! Please note, the design uses the duct and modified cold end fittings produced by James Tongue found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4725293
Designed to be used with a standard Creality Ender 3 style hot end, I have combined my favourite part cooling system and my own modified extruder mount to feed TPU and other materials more consistently.
Assembly requires insertion of Capricorn tubing into hot-end before inserting into extruder, cut the Capricorn tubing to a nice sharp angle to reduce the chance of filament binding during extrusion as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJ0h3_vNpno
Please note that assembling parts requires thermally inserting brass threaded inserts! 3D print settings may alter the accuracy / tightness of fittings and minor post processing may be necessary based on your printer.
The original BL-Touch mount can be found here:

hi, is there CAD file for this? like step?
When you 'borrow' someone else's work (In this case the hotend cooling duct and the part cooling) it's only polite to credit them.
