I've used this model and checked it against an i5 12400. A couple of dimensions where slightly off. i measured the thickness of the cpu at 1.2mm and the thickness of the complete IHS at 3.2mm

When I measured my i7 12700K, the PCB was 1.14 mm and the thickness of the complete IHS was 3.42 mm.
