In 2005 I started as a junior draughtsman at Jurgens-Ci in Pretoria, South Africa.
The company was manufacturing caravans and motor homes at the time and was looking at getting into the luggage and off-road trailer markets.
I got involved in the new trailer division and soon worked my way to Lead designer.
The LT675 was the first trailer produced, after a little more than a year of development and design, as well as setting up a production plant.
Most design changes came from the different manufacturing processes that were implemented during the development of the trailer.
The trailer has been in production since 2007 and has enjoyed country wide success, and is now also exported.
