Too old-fashioned? . . . Basic? . . . I've made a better, more modern version here >> Worker Man Scanned 3MB only - @6ft tall - SolidWorks 2022 and OBJ
But this basic model here is less than 3 MB file size. Average height, 1850mm (@6ft) tall, including shoes and hair. Merged nearly all the surfaces into one - except for the hardhat which has been left colored yellow. Uses probably 10x less CPU when being manipulated on screen.
Two versions. One with the yellow hardhat and one without. Created using SolidWorks Edu Version 2022-2023 and Autodesk Meshmixer.

Educational version., Can't use it.

If you used an educational version of the software... it should be stated. Other then that it opened perfectly.
