After successfully completing my two-year trade apprenticeship at Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd., I was hired as a Leadman/Supervisor at the Project Extension site, where I worked for one year on the VCM Sphere Project. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing field activities and coordinating with engineering teams on the development and implementation of detailed drawings and 3D models. My work involved close collaboration on project execution, ensuring that construction and installation aligned with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This position further strengthened my technical and supervisory skills, especially in managing complex mechanical and piping systems within a high-stakes industrial environment.

During my Trade Apprenticeship at Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd. from January 2018 to January 2020, I gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects of piping and plant engineering. I developed a strong understanding of technical drawings such as Isometric Drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), Plot Plans, and PTFE Isometric Drawings. I also learned to use CADWorx software for 3D piping design and the generation of isometric drawings. In addition to technical design skills, I was actively involved in fieldwork where I supervised the installation, repair, and maintenance of pumps, valves, piping systems, and other related equipment within the chemical plant. This apprenticeship provided me with a solid foundation in both the design and practical aspects of mechanical and piping systems in an industrial environment.

I worked as a Junior Supervisor in the CG125 Head Cylinder Machining Department, where I was responsible for overseeing operations on CNC machines. This role involved monitoring the precision machining process, ensuring quality standards were met, and supporting the team in maintaining an efficient workflow. As a fresh supervisor, I gained valuable hands-on experience in CNC operations, team coordination, and production line management within a high-precision manufacturing environment.

I worked as a Junior Designer, where I was involved in creating and animating Gondolas and short promotional videos. My responsibilities included 3D modeling and animation using 3ds Max, motion graphics and video editing in Adobe After Effects, and visual design and image editing in Adobe Photoshop. This role allowed me to develop a strong understanding of visual storytelling and sharpen my technical skills across multiple design tools.
