Best practice to model an off center revolved part?

Hello, I'm wondering how to deal with an off center revolved part.
Should I go with loft or surface or sweep?
Thanks for your advice.

I wasnt able to replicate it with sweep, loft or boundary surface, but i was able to get the desired results using an extrude in the top view, followed by extrude cuts, fillets and finally the shell function.
1. Extrude your top view to the desired thickness.
2. Fillet you entire outer bottom edges to the desired angle and depth.
3. Draw on your bottom face by converting the face entities of the first extrude, and scale it down to the desired size. Perform and extrude-cut to tue desired depth
4. Select both the bottom face and the cut-face and fillet the edges to depth.
5. Finally, perform the shell function and select the top face to remove. Adjust shell thickness to requirements.
Hope this helps,
Regards
