How can I make a video like this? Which software specifically for this?

Hello!!!
I went to make a video to simulate the
operation of the machine to present to the customer.
Here is a reference video but I do not know what kind of software used and how to do it.

3DSMax, Grasshopper, Keyshot and other options are out there.
