How to design and model the F1 car with the technical specifications given in F1 technical rules as per 2022 ?
I would like to learn the process of designing the formula 1 car and want to learn it step by step and work on different designs thereafter. I would like to design it as per 2022 technical rules. Thank you.

The process of designing an F1 car is much the same as designing any other race car. There are lots of books out there that deal with... chassis, suspension, aero, engine, transmission, clutch, brakes, etc.. When you have specific questions about any one of these, it is much easier to address. Overall, this is a HUGE subject, and narrowing it down to F1 is like asking whether an NFL quarterback can tell you details about quarter-backing... it's a very niche field that many people would love to work in, but very few do.
Also, I don't know much about India (assuming that's where you're from) but we (US) has formula SAE race car programs at many of the universities here. There are lots of YouTube videos from these efforts, if you want to search them out.
