1) Specializing in HM/HDPE containers, plastic drums, Bottles, open-mouth containers & Jerry Cans. 2) Understand customer requirements from the sales team for new product design & development. 3) Involvement in planning, costing and material selection. 4) Prepare drawings and develop multiple product design options using Siemens UG NX 11.0 and AutoCAD. 5) Analysis of drawings for weight, thickness, width, shape and load capacity. 6) Coordinate with Mold makers to produce finalized product designs.

1) Specializing in Industrial products like switches and plastic electrical components. 2) Product design and Mold modifications using Siemens UG NX 11.0. 3) Create physical prototypes or 3D printed models to validate and test designs before production. 4) Conduct feasibility studies and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) for product drawings. 5) Prepare design documentation, including assembly instructions, BOM, and technical specifications.

1) Inspect the fuel Injector pump quality. 2) Use various measuring gauges. 3) Present quality control reports.
