how to change geometry.?
I have designed your model which is same as to images as much as i can understand..
so.. i have solved your problem as under tutorial.

Step 1:
This is same as your model

Step 2:
First loft boss the outer profile of model and outer profile of sketch.
in image i have showed the sectional view.

Step 3:
Then use loft cut for inner profile of the model and inner profile of sketch.
your geometry is ready.
