how to give bend allowance for hemming in solidworks to get flat pattern ?
In my model i cant able to get the flat pattern it is showing that bendalowance for hemming is too small , any one help me to find the allowance for hemming operation in sheetmetal

try setting bend allowance to that fold as k factor.
for me and our folding machine what I have noticed if you put bend allowance as twice as material thickness + 0.1 (for example 1.2mm hem fold bend allowance would be 2.5) it works and folds comes out correctly.
